If you ever run into this woman and her husband Larry Ambrosi- RUN!
Not only has she lied about everything in the property, She is also one of the worst management person I have experienced in a rental situation. I moved into a property that she stated was clean and quiet. The neighbors were noisy and disrespectful. The place was also really hot and neglected to mention that the unit had no insulation.
During my move out process, she stated that the place was clean when I moved in. The place was NOT. I went ahead and hired a cleaning crew to clean it. Not only that . She also made me paint to whole apartment so she would not have to. Mind you, the apartment was not painted when I moved in . it had holes in the wall.
Cindy Olary also lied about so many different things.

In other words if you want to live Ghetto, this is the right place for you. The neighbors are a great addition for that. There must be about 10 people living next door. plus 2 kids are such brats.
I always say, that I could not believe how landlords can get away treating their tenants like this. I also own property and I would never do half of the things this lady does.
One more thing. When you need something fixed. good luck with these two people.

JUSTIN JULIUS SANTOS, Larry and I have ignored this anonymous, false, and defamatory post for years now but it's come to our attention that the libelous nature of your rant is still available to view more than 5yrs since you moved out. I think it's time to finally address the matter by saying everything is unequivocally false. We have had numerous tenants in each of the two duplexes over the last 16 years who would absolutely disagree. You don't have continual tenancies of 3, 5, and 7 years without keeping tenants happy and giving them every reason to stay. Bottom line, I'm sorry that was your recollection and experience. We accommodated your request to cancel the lease and parted ways amicably. I don't know why or where this attack came from. As evidence that you defaulted on the lease citing medical reasons and not any of the ones you now claim in your blog, I am attaching herewith the notice we received from you. You were always so angry and miserable. I truly hope you've finally found peace, serenity, and happiness in your life.

Dear Larry Ambrosi/Cindy Olary Yim,
I am a tenant of yours at 1531 S. Ogden Dr. Los Angeles, CA. 90019. I SUFFER THE HIV VIRUS. Because I am disabled I require a reasonable accommodation or a change in your rules or policies. I am requesting that I receive the following change: I need to be released of my current lease. The accommodation is necessary because: I need to be living in a climate controlled dwelling due to my health problems. I have tried installing air conditioning but [it is] not at all effective. The heat of 1531 is very fatal to my health. The apartment also causes me added stress which might be harmful to my condition as well. I was advised [by] my doctor to move to another home that has climate control and I will be more than happy to send you [a] letter from him. When I invited you to come into my house on June 21, 2008, You agreed that I kept the unit in excellent condition and will continue to do so. I invite you to come over again to see if there is anything that you feel is out of order. But I will leave the duplex in the same condition I found it with the few changes we agreed on.
